By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 55bet platform available at https://55bet.run (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 55bet Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55bet ("we", "us", or "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered through 55bet, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, bingo, Super Wheel, Big Hammer, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform now or in the future.

To register and use the 55bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 55bet or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 55bet Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 55bet or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.

By registering on 55bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.

To access the full range of 55bet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 55bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 55bet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 55bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 55bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information up to date at all times. 55bet reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

All financial transactions on the 55bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits are processed through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your 55bet account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures. 55bet aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your 55bet account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5. 55bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Fees: 55bet does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside 55bet's control and may apply.

55bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 55bet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 55bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on the 55bet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply across all 55bet products:

Random Number Generation: All 55bet casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The integrity of game results is independently verified.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the 55bet system. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 55bet will investigate and resolve the matter based on available system records. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Void Bets: 55bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, 55bet's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Games will be resolved based on the recorded state. 55bet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Currency: All bets, winnings, and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply to PHP-denominated accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 55bet.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 55bet staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 55bet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond 55bet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances outside 55bet's control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

55bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that 55bet reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 55bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

55bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 55bet Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 55bet's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 55bet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
